What are some English words.
Looks like nobody mentioned the Yaqui Indians. Someone want to tell me "Yaqui" is not an English word? So what are you supposed to call them in English? Them thar Indians?
One more that seems to have been overlooked: quashingly.
In order to make sure I had not actually just made up this word, I found and example of its use in the phrase, "But just as the final tumbler of cold water was being poured, quashingly, on the last ember of rumour,..." at the website:
Page on racingpost.com . Of course, I'll admit it was quoted there from a Twitter post, and I would not care to debate whether Twitterish is English or gibberish.
But I see that Dean Koontz must believe it is a word, too, for in "Seize The Night" on page 268, he writes: "I'm having some quashingly funky thoughts."

The quietly quirky quizzicality (and lack of quackery) in your quintessentially quality query leads me to suppose that you might qualify for a free subscription to our magazine:Quaintly Quaggy Quality Questions for the Querrulously Queasy (Quarterly).
(For those in quandary, it is a quiveringly good read, being queerly effective if read inquiringly after quaffing a queenly quantity of gin).

Although your query to me seems a bit quirky, I feel that as I stand here on a quay in Quincy feeling a bit queasy, that this answer is one that would qualify in meeting your requirements. You specified neither what quality nor quantity of words would satisfy your needs so I can say this with certainty. My friend, I do not mean to be quippy, but I have little time as I need to leave quickly to meet a friend for a swim in the quarry.
'q' after 'y' yields a few, as given in other answers: 'Byronesque', 'chylaqueous', 'chymaqueous', and 'Dylanesque', if it is a word.
I am quite sure that the answers posted earlier must have been suffice to fulfil the request but I would like to contribute my bit too.
The list mentioned below are from a list created by me for games like scrabble, balderdash, boggle, etc It might contain some not-so-frequently used words, so please pardon if any ambiguity. The list is as follows :

- Not as funny as some answers, but I downloaded the wordlist from http://www-personal.umich

Bob Dylan playing his guitar Dylanesquely.
Reading the answers, it was getting harder and harder to find anything new to add. I thought I could mention brand names, and thought of Nyquil, but Mike van Horn had gotten there ahead of me.
So, then I thought of words with the sequence y, then q, then y. Building on the work of Greg Pringle, one can form reasonable words such as Dylanesquely and Byronesquely.
Lord Byron looking moody Byronesquely
This made me realize that we have perhaps not given sufficient attention to proper nouns, including both people and places. I’ll mention just one, Quincy, as in John Quincy Adams, Quincy Market, and Quincy, Massachusetts.
Addenda: With Nyquil goes Dayquil. And a number of interesting people, one with some import contributions to communications science, and one horse are all named Nyquist.
A Nyquist plot
There are a lot of good answers here. I'll add that almost all adverbs that have a Q in them qualify. So, quietly, quickly, queerly, quaintly, quizzically, etc., all work.
There are also adjectives with a Q which end in ly: queenly, quarterly.
And these examples are only of words which begin with a Q.It's how the French quakily liquefy squishy grapes most equitably but I'm feeling cliquey + squirmy + squinty, all equally if I may quantify such iniquity.
